Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk, warmed (dairy or other kind of preferred milk)
  • 40g white chocolate - chopped or round discs (try to buy good quality white chocolate, as this will be less waxy and over-sugared––European or European inspired brands are often best)

Steps

  1. Put the chocolate into a small saucepan over low to medium heat.
  2. Heat the chocolate gently until it becomes warm and only just starts melting. Don't let it melt in the pan. Remove from the heat as it starts to melt.
