Pink Shake - Easy and Healthy Valentines Treat!

I like this recipe since the kids can help by pouring the juices into the blender, and of course all kids love a shake.

It is also a healthy natural (Use the "non-sugar added", "100% juice" juices!) treat for everyone.

Of course, if you are trying to keep the "healthy" part of this shake a secret, you can always just serve the tasty treat to the kids, company, or anyone and keep the "secret" to yourself!

Plus, even though the pink color makes it perfect for Valentine's Day parties, lunches, or dinners, you can serve the healthy Pink Shake any time of the year.


Ingredients:

* 1 Ripe Banana -- Sliced

* 1/2 cup Pineapple juice

* 1/2 cup Orange juice

* 1 tablespoon Grenadine syrup

* 1 cup Ice cubes



Directions:

Place sliced banana in blender.
Add pineapple juice, orange juice and grenadine syrup and blend until smooth.
Add ice; blend for 1 to 2 minutes or until frothy.
